These terms govern your use of amavas.beauty and any order or prebooking you place with the House of Amavas. By using this site you accept them.
The First Moon collection has not yet been released. A prebooking reserves your place in the first production run. No payment is taken at prebooking and a prebooking is not a binding contract of sale - it becomes an order only when you are invited to pay and your payment is completed. We may limit or decline prebookings, and quantities in the first run are limited.
Prices are listed on our Pricing page in Indian Rupees, inclusive of GST. Prices shown before release are indicative and will be confirmed before any payment is requested. Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway; we never see or store your card or banking details.
An order is confirmed when we accept it and payment succeeds. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will tell you and refund you in full. We may cancel an order where there has been an obvious pricing error, a suspected fraudulent transaction, or where we cannot lawfully ship to you.
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refunds and Cancellation Policy, both of which form part of these terms.
Fragrance is personal and perception varies from person to person. We describe our scents and list their notes as accurately as we can, but we do not warrant that a fragrance will smell identical on every skin. Colours on your screen may differ slightly from the physical product.
Our fragrances are for external use only. Keep away from eyes, flame, and children. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Perfume is flammable - store away from direct heat and sunlight.
The AMAVAS name, marks, imagery, and site content are ours and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
These terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts of [CITY], India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
