What to include

For an existing order, quote your order number. For a return or refund, quote your order number and the reason. For a damaged or incorrect delivery, attach photographs within 48 hours of delivery.

Prebookings

A prebook is the full prebook price of Rs 1,299 for a 100 ml bottle of the First Moon, Rs 1,999 after launch. The Discovery Ritual is Rs 649 and the Festival Pack is Rs 4,799. Prebook holders are shipped first with the first run, and every prebook is refundable in full on request any time before dispatch. We ship across India. International shipping is not yet confirmed; if your address is outside India, write to us before you prebook.

Grievance Officer

Any grievance regarding an order, a refund, or the handling of your personal data may be addressed to the Grievance Officer at hello@amavas.beauty. We acknowledge every grievance within 48 hours and resolve it within 30 days.
