Cancelling a prebooking

A prebook is the full prebook price of the bottle: Rs 1,299 for a 100 ml bottle of the First Moon (Rs 1,999 after launch), Rs 649 for the Discovery Ritual, or Rs 4,799 for the Festival Pack. It is not a token or a deposit. You may cancel a prebooking at any time before dispatch by emailing hello@amavas.beauty, and the full amount is refunded to the payment method you used. Nothing further is owed by either side.

 

Cancelling a paid order

A paid order may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, the return terms below apply.

 

Returns

Unopened bottles may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. The bottle must be unused, with its seal and outer carton intact.

 

Opened fragrance cannot be returned. This is a hygiene and safety requirement that applies to all cosmetics, and it is why we offer the Discovery Ritual - four 9 ml bottles for Rs 649 - so you can try all four scents on skin before committing to a full bottle.

 

Damaged, wrong or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, email hello@amavas.beauty within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will replace or refund it in full, including any shipping cost, with no return shipment required from you.

 

How to start a return

Email hello@amavas.beauty with your order number and reason. We arrange the pickup - you do not need to find a courier yourself.

 

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days of approval. Your bank may take a further 2 to 3 days to display the credit. We will confirm by email the moment the refund is issued.
