Prebookings

A prebook is the full price of your bottle, paid now: Rs 1,299 for a 100 ml bottle of the First Moon, Rs 1,999 after launch. Nothing ships at the time of prebooking. Prebook holders are shipped first when the First Moon releases, and we write to you with your dispatch date and tracking before anyone else. Every prebook is refundable in full until dispatch.

 

Dispatch

Bottles are dispatched from India. Orders placed before the release date ship in the order they were reserved. You receive a tracking link by email the moment your parcel leaves us.

 

Delivery within India

Metro cities: 2 to 4 business days from dispatch. Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days from dispatch.

 

Fragrance is classified as a flammable liquid (UN1266, Class 3) and is therefore shipped by surface transport only. This is a regulatory requirement for every perfume house in India, not a choice, and it is why fragrance cannot travel by air freight or same-day courier.

 

International delivery

We currently ship within India. International shipping is not yet confirmed. If your address is outside India, write to hello@amavas.beauty before you order and we will tell you honestly whether and when we can deliver to you.

 

Duties and taxes on international orders are set by the destination country and are payable by the recipient on delivery. They are not included in the price shown at checkout.

 

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay. There are no charges added after payment.

 

If your parcel is delayed or lost

If tracking has not moved for five business days, email hello@amavas.beauty with your order number and we will chase the courier on your behalf. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we replace it in full at our cost.
